Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using ProjePulse ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and Apple's Standard EULA (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). If you do not agree, do not install or use ProjePulse.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the digital-consent age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use ProjePulse. By using it, you confirm you meet this age requirement.
License grant
We grant you a personal or internal-business, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ProjePulse on Apple-branded devices you own or control. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the app.
Your data and your responsibility
You keep all rights to the data you import or create. Because data is stored only on your device, you are responsible for backups (use Ayarlar → Yedekleme / Settings → Backup to export a JSON backup) and for having the right to process any work data you import.
Calculations are indicators, not guarantees
Progress, health, pace and forecast figures are calculated from the data you provide and mirror your Excel tracker's formulas. They are planning aids; decisions based on them remain yours.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProjePulse is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. ProjePulse is free; our total liability is limited to USD $10.
Apple App Store specific terms (third-party beneficiary)
These terms are between you and Mustafa Baykal — not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support and no responsibility for claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are resolved by the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
End User License Agreement (EULA)
ProjePulse is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which governs your right to use the app on Apple-branded hardware. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them against you (Apple App Store Review §3.2).
Updates
We may release updates to ProjePulse. Updates may add, modify, or remove features. We are not obligated to maintain backward compatibility. Critical security updates may be applied automatically by Apple's App Store.
Apple is a third-party beneficiary
You acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for ProjePulse or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. In case of any failure to conform to applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any). Apple is not liable for any other claims, losses, costs, or expenses attributable to ProjePulse.
