FAQ
How do I import my team's Excel?
Open Daha → Excel içe aktar (or tap "Open in ProjePulse" from Mail, Files or Teams). ProjePulse reads the workbook, shows validation warnings and a preview of every new, changed and removed row, and applies only what you accept. An automatic snapshot is taken before every import so you can roll it back.
Will exporting break our Excel template?
No. The template export writes into your team's own workbook and keeps its formulas, tables, data validations and hidden helper columns. Excel recalculates everything when the file is opened. A clean export and CSV are also available.
Why are the numbers different from yesterday?
Health and pace depend on today's date, just like the TODAY() formulas in the Excel. ProjePulse shows the calculation date on the dashboard and, after an import, which values changed because the date moved.
How do users and permissions work?
Daha → Kullanıcılar ve yetkiler lets the program owner add members with a role (Program sahibi, PMO, Takım lideri, Ekip üyesi, İzleyici) and a component scope. Each member can have a PIN or Face ID. Permissions apply on the device where they are configured; shared cloud permissions are planned for a later version.
How do I move my data to another device?
Ayarlar → Yedekleme exports a JSON backup that you can restore on another iPhone or iPad. You can also simply export the Excel and import it on the other device.
How do I delete my data?
Delete a program in Ayarlar → Program → Programı sil, or uninstall the app to remove everything. We hold no copy of your data.
