Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Only Tower Defense ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and Apple's Standard EULA (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). If you do not agree, do not install or use Only Tower Defense.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the digital-consent age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Only Tower Defense. By using it, you confirm you meet this age requirement.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases
Only Tower Defense offers three paid options, all granting Only Tower Defense+ (no ads, unlimited lives, and an automatic 2× daily reward). Monthly: an auto-renewing $9.99/month (₺349.99/month in Türkiye) subscription. Yearly: an auto-renewing $59.99/year (₺1999.99/year in Türkiye) subscription — about 50% less than 12 months of Monthly — and first-time subscribers start with a 7-day free trial: you are charged only when the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then at no cost. Lifetime: a one-time $99.99 (₺3499.99 in Türkiye) non-consumable purchase that lasts forever on your Apple ID / Google account, with no auto-renewal. The Monthly and Yearly subscriptions auto-renew at the listed price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, Google Play → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions, or via the 'Restore purchases' button inside Only Tower Defense → Settings. The 7-day free trial applies to the Yearly plan for first-time subscribers only. Only Tower Defense does not offer a weekly subscription tier.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Only Tower Defense.
Refunds: All in-app purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are at Apple's sole discretion under Apple's refund process. We cannot directly issue refunds for App Store transactions.
Free trial: If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, your selected plan auto-renews at the listed price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. We do not handle your payment method — Apple does.
License grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Only Tower Defense for non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app; use automated tools or modified clients; attempt to bypass advertising, paywalls, or other monetization systems.
No pay-to-win — what Only Tower Defense+ does and does not unlock
Only Tower Defense+ unlocks exactly three things: (1) zero ads of any kind — no rewarded-ad prompts and no interstitial after every fifth level, (2) unlimited lives with no 6-hour refill wait, (3) an automatic 2× daily reward. Only Tower Defense+ does NOT unlock: any tower, any enemy, any level, any map, any starting coin bonus, any damage multiplier, or any gameplay advantage. Cosmetic tower skins are NOT part of the subscription — they are bought separately with gems you earn by playing, and are available to free and premium players alike. Premium players and free players reach the same level cap, score the same way, and experience the same difficulty curve.
Subscription details (Apple §3.1.2(a) disclosure)
Monthly subscription length: 1 month. Monthly price: $9.99 per month (Türkiye: ₺349.99/month). Yearly subscription length: 1 year. Yearly price: $59.99 per year (Türkiye: ₺1999.99/year) — about 50% less than paying Monthly for 12 months — and includes a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers: you are charged only when the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then at no cost. Lifetime: one-time $99.99 (Türkiye: ₺3499.99), no auto-renewal. Subscriptions auto-renew 24 hours before the current period expires unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period — no pro-rated refund for unused time. Payment is charged to your Apple ID / Google account at confirmation of purchase (for the Yearly plan, at the end of the 7-day free trial). You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your account settings after purchase.
Restore purchases
If you reinstall Only Tower Defense or sign in on a new device, tap Settings → Restore purchases to reactivate Only Tower Defense+ tied to your Apple ID / Google account. There is no separate Only Tower Defense account — your entitlement follows your Apple/Google account.
Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must go through Apple (https://reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google (Play Store → Order History → Request refund) — we are not able to issue refunds directly. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused Yearly subscription days.
Acceptable use
Only Tower Defense is rated 4+ and suitable for all ages. Don't attempt to bypass ad serving, modify the app binary, or interfere with other users' experience (note: there are no other users — Only Tower Defense is single-player with no online features beyond receipt validation).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mustafa Baykal from any claim arising from your misuse of the app, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. For free users this amount is zero. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Apple App Store specific terms (third-party beneficiary)
These terms are between you and Mustafa Baykal — not Apple. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them against you. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, no warranty obligations, and no responsibility for product liability claims. Apple is not responsible for addressing any product or intellectual property claims by you or a third party.
Arbitration (Istanbul, Türkiye)
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or Only Tower Defense will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Istanbul Arbitration Centre (ISTAC) in accordance with its rules. The seat of arbitration is Istanbul, Türkiye. The language of arbitration is English. This clause does not prevent you from bringing small-claims-court actions in your jurisdiction where local law permits.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet outages, government action, or third-party SDK failures (App Store, Google Play, AdMob, RevenueCat, etc.).
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes (price increases for existing subscribers, scope changes to data collection) will be announced in-app at least 30 days before they take effect, with the option to cancel before the change.
End User License Agreement (EULA)
Only Tower Defense is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which governs your right to use the app on Apple-branded hardware. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them against you (Apple App Store Review §3.2).
Updates
We may release updates to Only Tower Defense. Updates may add, modify, or remove features. We are not obligated to maintain backward compatibility. Critical security updates may be applied automatically by Apple's App Store.
Apple is a third-party beneficiary
You acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for Only Tower Defense or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. In case of any failure to conform to applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any). Apple is not liable for any other claims, losses, costs, or expenses attributable to Only Tower Defense.
