How do I restore my Only Tower Defense+ purchase on a new device?
Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android) that originally subscribed. Open Only Tower Defense → Settings → Restore purchases. The entitlement should reactivate within a few seconds. If it doesn't, force-quit and reopen Only Tower Defense.
How do I cancel my Yearly subscription?
iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Only Tower Defense+. Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Only Tower Defense+. Cancellation stops the next renewal but you keep Only Tower Defense+ until the end of the current billing period.
I bought Lifetime — do I need to do anything to keep it?
No. Lifetime is a one-time non-consumable purchase. As long as you're signed in to the same Apple/Google account, Only Tower Defense+ stays active forever. If you reinstall or change devices, just hit 'Restore purchases'.
Ads aren't loading / I keep seeing fallback ads
Two common reasons: (1) no internet connection — Only Tower Defense caches the next ad but if you've been offline for a while it can run out; (2) AdMob hasn't filled your region yet at that moment. Close and reopen the app to retry. If it persists for more than a day, email us with your device model.
My lives aren't refilling
Lives refill as a full reset back to 5 every 6 hours — you don't wait per-life; once the 6-hour timer lands you jump straight back to 5. The Home screen shows a live countdown to the next refill. If the timer looks frozen, check that your device's date/time is set to 'Set Automatically' — manual date manipulation is detected and pauses the refill clock until automatic time is restored. (Only Tower Defense+ subscribers have unlimited lives and no refill timer at all.)
I watched a rewarded ad but didn't get my life / coins
Two possible causes: (1) the ad didn't reach 100% completion — AdMob requires the ad to fully play out before the reward is granted; (2) you've reached your daily rewarded-ad cap (3 lives per day for free users, 5 lives during your first 3 days as a new user). Tomorrow the counter resets. If neither applies, email us with the exact time and your device's anonymous ID (Settings → About → Anonymous ID).
Is Only Tower Defense safe for my kid?
Yes. Only Tower Defense is rated 4+ with no scary visuals, no aggressive language, and no chat or social features. Advertisements are filtered to G-rated content only (we set Google AdMob's child-directed treatment flag on every single ad request). No personal information is collected. There are no in-game messages, no leaderboards, and no community features.
How do I delete my data?
Local data: just uninstall the app. Server-side analytics events tied to your random anonymous ID: email mustafabaykal91@gmail.com with your Anonymous ID (Settings → About → Anonymous ID). We forward the request to our analytics providers and confirm completion within 30 days. Subscription receipts are retained for 7 years per Turkish tax law (see Privacy Policy → Data Retention).
Why doesn't Only Tower Defense show me personalized ads?
Intentional. Only Tower Defense is a 4+ rated game and we configure every ad request with requestNonPersonalizedAdsOnly=true plus child-directed treatment flags. This means you'll only see G-rated, non-targeted ads — they may feel less relevant but they are safer for everyone.
I think the game has a bug or balance problem
We'd love to know! Email us with: the level number you were on, the wave you reached, what tower setup you used, and a screenshot if possible. Balance feedback is reviewed weekly and adjustments ship in the next update.
