Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Only Focus ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and Apple's Standard EULA (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). If you do not agree, do not install or use Only Focus.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the digital-consent age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Only Focus. By using it, you confirm you meet this age requirement.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases
Only Focus offers auto-renewing subscriptions: Premium Monthly ($4.99/month) and Premium Annual ($24.99/year, ~58% off monthly). A free trial may be available on first sign-up — the exact duration is shown on the paywall at purchase time (Apple sets it from the App Store Connect introductory offer). Subscription auto-renews at the listed price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, or via the 'Manage Subscription' link in the Only Focus Settings screen.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Only Focus.
Refunds: All in-app purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are at Apple's sole discretion under Apple's refund process. We cannot directly issue refunds for App Store transactions.
Free trial: If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, your selected plan auto-renews at the listed price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. We do not handle your payment method — Apple does.
Free trial terms
If a free trial is offered on your selected plan, the duration is shown on the paywall at purchase time. After the trial ends, your plan auto-renews at the listed price unless you cancel before the trial ends. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period — you keep your premium access for the days you've already paid for.
Refunds
All in-app purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must go through Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com — we are not able to issue refunds directly. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused subscription days.
Acceptable use in focus rooms (zero-tolerance)
By submitting any user-typed content (room display name, welcome message, member display name) you agree to a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior: NO hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, self-harm-encouraging, infringing, or otherwise unlawful content; NO abuse of other users (no harassment, threats, impersonation, or hostile cross-room following); NO spam or automation (no protocol abuse, no affiliate codes, no promotional content unrelated to focus sessions); NO illegal content (no use of the app to plan, coordinate, or document illegal activity). We may remove any content and revoke access for any user we determine, in our sole discretion, has violated this policy — with or without prior notice. Reports filed via the in-app long-press menu are reviewed within 24 hours; severe categories (hate speech, sexual content involving minors, threats of violence) result in immediate account removal on confirmation.
End User License Agreement (EULA)
Only Focus is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which governs your right to use the app on Apple-branded hardware. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them against you (Apple App Store Review §3.2).
Updates
We may release updates to Only Focus. Updates may add, modify, or remove features. We are not obligated to maintain backward compatibility. Critical security updates may be applied automatically by Apple's App Store.
Apple is a third-party beneficiary
You acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for Only Focus or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. In case of any failure to conform to applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any). Apple is not liable for any other claims, losses, costs, or expenses attributable to Only Focus.
