Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Monkumo ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and Apple's Standard EULA (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). If you do not agree, do not install or use Monkumo.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the digital-consent age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Monkumo. By using it, you confirm you meet this age requirement.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases
Monkumo offers an auto-renewing subscription: $4.99/month or $29.99/year (billed annually) after a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on iOS. Subscription auto-renews unless turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Monkumo.
Refunds: All in-app purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are at Apple's sole discretion under Apple's refund process. We cannot directly issue refunds for App Store transactions.
Free trial: If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, your selected plan auto-renews at the listed price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. We do not handle your payment method — Apple does.

First 7 days are free. After 7 days, your selected plan auto-renews at the listed price unless cancelled before the trial ends.
End User License Agreement (EULA)
Monkumo is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which governs your right to use the app on Apple-branded hardware. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them against you (Apple App Store Review §3.2).
Updates
We may release updates to Monkumo. Updates may add, modify, or remove features. We are not obligated to maintain backward compatibility. Critical security updates may be applied automatically by Apple's App Store.
Apple is a third-party beneficiary
You acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for Monkumo or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. In case of any failure to conform to applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any). Apple is not liable for any other claims, losses, costs, or expenses attributable to Monkumo.
