How do I play?
Crisis Desk is a decision game. You read the situation on the console, watch the five gauges and the incident board, and tap a choice card to act. Every choice advances the clock and shifts the gauges. Watch for contradictions between instruments — one gauge is often lying — and try to keep the reactor stable until the 06:30 dawn handover. There is no twitch reflex involved; take your time and read carefully.
What is free, and what does Premium add?
The first case, "Night Shift: Reactor 4," is completely free to play from start to finish, including all seven endings. An optional Premium subscription unlocks all current and future cases, three console themes (Obsidian, Phosphor, Iron Curtain), Expert Mode, and the full post-shift debrief. Premium is content and customization only — it does not change the free case.
How do I restore my Premium purchase on a new device?
Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID that originally purchased, then open Crisis Desk → Settings → Restore purchases. Your Premium entitlement reactivates within a few seconds. If it does not, force-quit and reopen the app.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Crisis Desk. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the current billing period. There is no free trial and no lifetime option — only an auto-renewing Monthly or Yearly subscription.
Is Crisis Desk safe for kids?
Crisis Desk is rated 9+. It is a tense, text-driven decision game about managing a nuclear reactor through a difficult night. There is dramatic dread and peril (a possible meltdown is described in text), but no graphic violence, no blood, no profanity, no sexual content, and no gambling. There is no chat and no personal data collection, and there are no ads.
What languages does Crisis Desk support?
Crisis Desk is fully localized into 20 languages and opens in your device's language automatically on first launch. You can change the language anytime in Settings. For right-to-left languages such as Arabic, the interface mirrors to read correctly.
How do I delete my data?
Local data (case progress, endings, settings): just uninstall the app. We hold no personal account data to delete. Subscription receipts are retained by Apple/RevenueCat for 7 years for tax purposes, linked only to an anonymous ID — email mustafabaykal91@gmail.com if you have any question about this.
The game runs slow or crashes
Close other apps and restart Crisis Desk. If it persists, email us your exact device model, iOS version, the app version, and what you were doing (which case, which scene). Crash details help us ship a fix quickly.
