Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Fluexo Swipe ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and Apple's Standard EULA (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). If you do not agree, do not install or use Fluexo Swipe.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the digital-consent age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Fluexo Swipe. By using it, you confirm you meet this age requirement.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases
Fluexo Swipe offers two auto-renewing subscriptions: Monthly — US$2.99/month, including a 3-day free trial on your first purchase; and Yearly — US$19.99/year (shown on the paywall next to a US$29.99 reference price to illustrate the saving versus paying monthly). Prices in other currencies are set by Apple's regional pricing and shown on the paywall at the moment of purchase. After any free trial, the subscription automatically renews at the listed price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or via the 'Restore Purchases' / 'Manage Premium' links inside the Fluexo Swipe Settings screen. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Fluexo Swipe.
Refunds: All in-app purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are at Apple's sole discretion under Apple's refund process. We cannot directly issue refunds for App Store transactions.
Free trial: If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, your selected plan auto-renews at the listed price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. We do not handle your payment method — Apple does.
What you get
Fluexo Swipe is an educational app for practicing English. A free portion is available to everyone (with a daily heart limit); Premium unlocks unlimited hearts, all CEFR levels (A1–C2), Mistake-Killer mode, pronunciation cards, the smart review plan, weekly/monthly reports, offline practice, and removes any limits. Fluexo Swipe is a learning aid for general English practice — it is not a certified language qualification, examination, accreditation, or a guarantee of any particular result.
Free trial terms
The Monthly plan includes a 3-day free trial on your first purchase. During the trial you have full Premium access. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the plan automatically converts to a paid Monthly subscription at US$2.99/month (or the local equivalent). Cancel anytime during the trial in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions to avoid being charged; you keep access until the trial period ends.
Refunds
All in-app purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must go through Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com — we cannot issue refunds directly, and we do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused subscription time. Statutory withdrawal/refund rights that apply in your country are not affected.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its learning content, not to circumvent the hearts/Premium limits, and to use Fluexo Swipe only for your personal, non-commercial language learning. The app, its mascot 'Ogu', its design, and all bundled learning content are owned by the developer and protected by copyright.
End User License Agreement (EULA)
Fluexo Swipe is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which governs your right to use the app on Apple-branded hardware. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them against you (Apple App Store Review §3.2).
Updates
We may release updates to Fluexo Swipe. Updates may add, modify, or remove features. We are not obligated to maintain backward compatibility. Critical security updates may be applied automatically by Apple's App Store.
Apple is a third-party beneficiary
You acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for Fluexo Swipe or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. In case of any failure to conform to applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any). Apple is not liable for any other claims, losses, costs, or expenses attributable to Fluexo Swipe.
